Position: Senior Account Manager (Digital Marketing Advertising) Leap Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage our digital marketing advertising partnerships and oversee high‑impact projects. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll orchestrate cross‑functional teams, manage client expectations, and deliver high‑quality deliverables. Responsibilities • Client engagement – managing relationships with mid‑senior and junior levels, and maintaining senior client familiarity • Reporting to up to Account Director – provide updates on client health, project status, and burn rate • AMM leadership – guide and support subordinate staff • Lead cross‑functional meetings and presentations; coordinate next steps • Strategic thought leadership – collaborate with internal strategists and provide guidance to teams • Manage high‑ and medium‑touch assignments; drive project fulfillment and quality deliverables • Creative guidance and assessment – ensure strong direction and high‑quality creative output • Media guidance and assessment – ensure strong direction and high‑quality media output • Digital experience assessment – hold teams accountable for timely, insightful reporting • Production influence – collaborate with producers to manage projects and gain client alignment for momentum and efficiency • Financial awareness – approve billing, monitor hours, and manage projects for efficiency Qualifications • 5+ years agency account management experience • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy • Experience managing government or public sector clients and understanding compliance nuances • Excellent communication and relationship management skills; adept at navigating complex interpersonal dynamics • Skilled in brainstorming creative ideation with a team • Prior experience with both B2B and B2C marketing • Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and deadlines without sacrificing timeliness or quality • High degree of detail and process orientation • Self‑starter mentality with a passion for continuous learning
