Sr. Account Manager - Paid Social AdvertisingClient Services • Austin, Texas (Remote) Adlucent is seeking a Senior Account Manager specializing in Paid Social Advertising to lead the strategic planning and execution of our client's campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies to meet client objectives.Oversee and optimize campaign performance across multiple social platforms, ensuring alignment with the client's goals and performance metrics.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to set performance goals and KPIs and lead quarterly reviews to assess progress and recalibrate strategies as necessary.Employ a rigorous testing regimen to identify winning strategies and tactics, continuously improving campaign effectiveness.Provide detailed reporting and analysis to clients and internal teams, translating data into actionable insights.Mentor and guide team members responsible for executing campaign activities, fostering an environment of learning and growth.Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and inform all parties of campaign status and strategic adjustments.Participate in pitches to prospective clients, effectively presenting Adlucent's capabilities and the strategic value of social media advertising to expand our client base and foster business growth.What We Offer: At least 2-3 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns with a proven track record of achieving client satisfaction and performance goals.Strong familiarity with the dynamic features of platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights in a clear and understandable manner.High proficiency in digital analytics tools and data analysis, with the ability to drive decisions based on rigorous analysis.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace tools.Bonus Qualifications:
