We are... continually driving to develop advertising policies and standards that support this vision.We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Ad Policy Manager with excellent analytical abilities, and strong ownership and organizational skills, to join Advertising Trust Policy.In this role, you will build and develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to support the ad policy team’s work across the world. Your responsibilities will include tracking, analysis and reporting activities. You will build new policies, refine existing polices and develop policy standards.If you are looking for an Ad Policy position in a team that has a varied and exciting remit, and you are a self-starter that can solve issues with considerable autonomy and use influence over authority to deliver results, this is the role for you.Key job responsibilitiesWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Los Angeles, CA, USA | New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications5+ years’ experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field· 5+ years’ program or project management experience· 3+ years’ experience working with engineering teams· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical and metadata information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred QualificationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Master’s degree, law degree, or MBA.· Proven experience driving engineering projects.· Proven experience working with metrics and data analysis.· Proven experience working on digital advertising in a regulatory position.· Proven experience with creative acceptance policies, advertising standards, or a related field.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
