To succeed in this role, you need to be a multitasker who can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed You excel working with multiple teams, can easily pivot between changing priorities, and have a passion for data You can think holistically about how your copy is presented to our audience, especially when crafting video scripts and shot lists You're also not afraid to speak up, share your ideas, and ask questions when you need help. • Push notifications • 4+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably for paid channels, with 2+ years of experience with direct response and 1+ years of experience writing video scripts • Practice writing for a variety of paid channels, including Facebook, Google, YouTube, and email • Experience with different copy mediums, including ad copy, emails, and landing page copy, but especially with video scripts • Understanding of performance metrics and the ability to use data to influence creative decisions • Online portfolio with recent work samples • Experience writing about financial services or technology is a plus Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato's Levels Framework Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
