The successful candidate will be an expert in false advertising, unfair competition, and marketing law, with a solid attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively. • Counsel clients on claim substantiation and compliance with FTC guidelines and other regulatory requirements. • Client Counseling: • Provide ongoing legal counsel to clients in the advertising, marketing, and promotions industries. • Previous experience in a large or medium-sized law firm is highly desirable. • Additional certifications in advertising or marketing law are a plus.
