Description: Able to manage small teams consisting of art directors, junior art directors and freelancers Assists CD’s in establishing the creative vision behind projects Executes the vision through production Very proficient in both graphic design & visual research Able to structure and oversee a small team to put together presentation decks Able to come up with 360 concepts Can lead smaller scope projects independently able to manage small to mid-size shoot alone Assist CD’s on large shoots Attend and sometimes lead production calls Able to oversee post production of projects by communicating with post teams (retouch notes, proof review, film edit sessions, color sessions,) In-depth knowledge of post-production process for both print and film
