About The Team You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… • Build – Develop and drive adoption of new sales products at DoorDash • Strategize – Work with product to build roadmaps and tie to business goals • Implement – Execute new productivity levers to help our partners grow and scale • Analyze – Build models to evaluate success and find opportunities for improvement • Influence – Work with our Merchant Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to scale business impact We're Excited About You Because… • You have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience in business operations, management consulting, or sales/biz strategy; high-growth or early-stage startup experience a plus • You are data-driven, able to analyze data with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and passionate about telling the story behind the numbers • You are a strong business thinker, able to use 'first principles' to solve challenging business problems at their root level • You have an established track record of executing new processes, achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles • You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities • You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items • You have experience working with Salesforce and other CRMs • You have experience working with sales leaders and product teams (knowledge of advertising products is a bonus) • You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions and manipulate large datasets); SQL knowledge is strongly preferred Why You'll Love Working at DoorDash… • We are leaders – Leadership is not limited to our management team.
