Senior Associate, Advisory Marketing

Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.3-5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B professional services, preferably in consulting or advisory roles.Understanding of various marketing channels and their strategic relevance in achieving business goals.Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and presentations.Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within teams to meet established objectives.Creativity in developing marketing solutions and problem-solving.A commitment to learning and applying best practices in marketing.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Willingness to travel as needed.The base salary for this position ranges from $76,000 to $114,000 per year in selected office locations. In Washington, DC, Boston, MA, Edison, NJ, New York, NY, and Melville, NY, the salary range is $82,080 to $123,120 per year.
