They will be accountable for delivery, the client relationship and ensuring we fulfill our promises.Understands client priorities & work with multiple client stakeholders; focus their feedback to guide towards objectivesActs as a trusted adviser to the team; identify solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives, organizational barriers, and cross-agency needsTackles issues when milestones are not met, mitigate against risks before they become issues, track/action against dependencies and be a team lead & champion.Leads team through ambiguity and uncertaintyCore Competencies includeAbility to articulate media delivery process/methodology effectively and successfullyAbility to understand project scope and transform into an executable planAbility to proactively identify and mitigate risk from the plan.Ability to articulate messages with clarity and simplicity.Ability to effectively communicate complex situations through providing additional context or insight.Provide a sense of comfort that things are under control.Encourages a positive mindset and energy even when facing challenges.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for mapping and managing enterprise level projects, end-to-end delivery of campaigns, establishes and manages integrated projects and programs to ensure quality, on-time delivery.Responsible for managing enterprise level projects/programs timing to ensure on-time deliveryResponsible for creating overall timeline per brand campaign, manages key milestones and delivers action item recaps for meetingsResponsible for managing overall media process to ensure effective workflow management (enterprise level projects)Responsible for follow-up across the team on all deliverables to ensure delivery is on-trackResponsible for proactive planning, with visibility into all deliverables and flags issues, risks, dependenciesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field1+ years of project management experience in delivering large programs and projects.Previous experience working on projects for media advertisingExperience implementing media, data and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms preferred.Proven track record leading multiple full project life cycles from business development to final delivery.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program).Experience in consulting and/or client-facing roleStrong written and oral presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skillWorking knowledge of enterprise tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, MS Visio)Additional informationStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
