Senior Brand Growth Strategist

MediaOne Chattanooga, Tennessee

You will be the strategic lead for both clients and MediaOne’s marketing - working alongside the Business Development, Creative and Digital Performance teams to grow business and guide clients. The role will consist of approximately 30% product expertise and creating strategies for clients; 30% partnering with the Business Development team on client proposals and pitches, 20% marketing (working with the creative team to bring ideas to life); 20% learning and industry-focused whitespace. Partner with Business Development team to be the expert on sales calls and other meetingsLead and guide MediaOne’s marketing to develop and bring ideas to life from content generation to videos with internal and external resourcesHelp create new products and upgrade existing productsLeading or participating in regular brainstorms and strategy sessions.Develop case studies and compelling marketing insightsSkills 6+ years of experience in digital marketing at an agency, media company or for a brandManaged multiple client accounts as the lead personGreat PowerPoint or other presentation skillsExperience with how ad campaigns run, best performing channels and explaining this info to clientsConsumer of news and information about trendsStrong writing and grammar skillsExcellent multi-tasker who is organized and detail-orientedDesire to work in a fast-paced team environmentCreative problem solverAt MediaOne, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on many exciting brands across industries and sizes. This position is fully remote with some travel (10-25% depending on time of year).
