Senior Commercial Finance Analyst ( Deal Desk)

The Trade Desk’s Global Commercial Finance team, part of the Finance organization, plays a critical role in supporting our sales teams by reviewing and advising on deal structures and pricing to ensure alignment with internal policies and strategic goals. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business5+ years of combined work experience in a deal desk desk function, accounting/finance, FP&A, or management consulting (Big 4 experience a plus)Understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and revenue recognition principals a plus.Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate complex topics and modeling to a variety of stakeholders and company leadershipA proactive and strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working with a diverse cross-functional teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
