This person will report directly to the Director of Consumer Insights and be responsible for leading the development of insights and trends on the business and understanding the consumer, marketplace and portfolio impact of our launches. Support the Brand and Innovation teams in the development of long term product and brand strategy and annual brand marketing plans including business objectives, consumer and channel strategies, and translation of strategies to the consumer through all elements of the marketing mix. Deliver Consumer Insights That Drive Action Lead the development and implementation of new Insight tools to elevate and amplify the value of Consumer research and consumer needs, by exploring new approaches to methodologies, analyses, reporting while managing within budget constraints. Leverage strong storytelling skills to develop impactful reporting and output to influence key stakeholders and ultimately drive action across our brands and categories.
