Your ability to distill key insights and translate them into persuasive messaging makes you an asset to any campaign or brand initiative.In This Role, You Can Expect ToDevelop creative, marketing and editorial copy for digital campaigns, print ads, social media, email marketing, and video scripts.Edit in-house and freelance-created content.Collaborate with all Leap Group agencies to support their content creation needs and ensure consistency of messaging across the company.Craft attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, and slogans that reinforce brand messaging.Create content tailored to various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.Interview partners, customers, and other client stakeholders to discover compelling stories and mine for interesting facts, quotes, and data that will educate, inform, and inspire the reader.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate, refine, and execute impactful marketing content.Brainstorm and pitch fresh, innovative ideas for advertising campaigns and branded content initiatives.Research and develop content for blogs, social media, email, web, user tutorials, video, case studies, and whitepapers.Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling written outcomes that resonate with diverse audiences.Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to inform and inspire creative and marketing efforts.What do You Need?3+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong background in advertising, branding, or digital marketing.Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing and content creation.A conceptual mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that push creative boundaries.An analytic mindset, with a strong ability to synthesize information into engaging, effective content.A passion for the advertising industry and a drive to redefine and elevate its standards.Proven ability to develop engaging ad copy that drives action and brand recognition.Highly collaborative and team-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.Strong organization and structure, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Not afraid to pivot and adapt based on new insights, industry trends, or campaign feedback.Understanding of storytelling techniques and persuasive writing strategies.Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, conversion optimization, and digital advertising trends.Experience working in a creative agency, marketing team, or advertising environment.Ability to craft compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) and develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.A self-starter mentality with a deep love for creativity and innovation.Important note: A strong portfolio showcasing advertising copywriting experience, including digital, print, and social campaigns must be included with your application in order to be considered.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionMarketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustriesAdvertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
