This role will lead the overall social media & branding/marketing strategy for multiple accounts across the organization, including ideation, content creation, publishing, external brand partnership/relationship liaison, and reporting for organic and branded content in conjunction with our external branding and marketing companies. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Ideate, create, and post original and engaging social media content across all applicable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Houzz, X). • Social Media Management: Maintain a detailed weekly/monthly social media calendar, accounting for organic and sponsored content to ensure consistent, quality content. • Collaboration: Collaborate with external digital marketing, website, and brand development teams to ensure cohesive brand strategies and consistent voice. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant area of study • Continuing education and/or Certifications in digital marketing, social media, etc., are beneficial • Experience & familiarity with SEO practices and strategies • Proficiency in communication & social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, WordPress, Canva, Umbraco, Google Workplace) • Familiarity with HubSpot and Buildertrend is helpful
