Senior Counsel, Advertising & Promotion

As Senior Counsel, Advertising and Promotion, you'll be responsible for reviewing advertising, promotional, and other consumer-facing materials, ensuring they are compliant with FTC and FDA regulations and guidelines, and also manage a junior advertising and promotion attorney. You have a strong knowledge of FDA and FTC advertising regulations and cases, and particularly with respect to prescription drugs and health products. What You'll Do: • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on FTC and FDA advertising and promotion issues as they pertain to health products, and provide guidance to cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with FTC and FDA laws and regulations. • 5-8 years of experience practicing FDA and FTC law, and extensive expertise in the area of advertising and promotion of FDA-regulated products. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
