Senior Creative Lead (AD)

The Senior Creative Lead (SCL) is a valued partner in assuring creative quality control across all clients, inspiring team curiosity and creative growth across all agency disciplines. The SCL is a key creative presence in new business development and supports the Chief Creative Officer in growing the agency brand and current businesses. The SCL helps generate a good reputation for the Petermayer brand by being highly engaged with the team as well as all other departments. Responsibilities • Work with SCL partner in the form of a Do-er and Reviewer team • Function as a senior manager of assigned creative group and shares responsibility for all work assigned to the team • Conceives and executes advertising consistent with the agreed strategy as well as assigns work • Develop concepts and/or storyboards (for TV), collaborating with Production as needed • Ensure that the creative group delivers jobs within agreed strategy, deadlines, and budgets • Available for client meetings for presenting new creative concepts and help build solid client relationships • Presents recommendations as appropriate (e.g., creative concepts, research, lists, TV scripts, etc.) to clients • Oversee creative work across production, studio and reviews job (i.e., comps, mechanicals, retouching, editing, including the management of time and budgets).
