**Position Overview** Advantages is looking for an experienced Creative to lead our talented Art Team. This role is for someone who loves people, is tough, and can handle the tight-turnaround environment of an agency. This position is full-time with a salary range dependent on the experience of the applicant, ranging from $20/h to $30/h. * Lead and mentor the creative team in the overall production of all marketing materials * Learn the skills and talents of all team members and be able to delegate work to the team accordingly * Collaborate with Art Director to ensure creative collateral meets the needs of the marketing/creative strategies as well as meets our high standard of design * Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets of the Art Team * Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions **How to Apply** Send an email with a brief description as to what qualifies you for this role, your resume, and a link to your online portfolio.
