Senior Digital Ads Manager

As the Senior Digital Ads Manager, you will be a strategic leader in our digital marketing division, responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of paid media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a hands-on expert who can manage significant budgets, mentor junior staff and contractors, and drive operational efficiency to deliver exceptional client results and measurable business growth. Geographic Requirement • You must be based in or around the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area as TWIO offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days remote per week. • Reporting & Analysis: Executive-level reporting tied to business KPIs like MER, CAC, and LTV. • Proven ability to manage team members and contribute to the development of departmental processes.
