We are looking for an experienced Digital Ads Strategist to help manage existing ad accounts, perform audits for ad accounts, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple ad platforms and be comfortable working independently. Join our tight team of digital experts, work on interesting campaigns for a diverse set of clients, and help shape a growing agency. What You Will Do: • Plan, create and manage most aspects of digital ad campaigns • Create and optimize campaigns, provide ongoing recommendations and custom reporting based on specific account requirements • Work multiple Ad platforms such as Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest ads, Spotify ads, and Twitter Ads • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Sheets and third-party reporting platforms • Provide insights and recommendations to improve client ad performance • Assist in competitor analysis and research • Manage, organize, crunch and communicate marketing and advertising data Required Qualifications: • U.S. bachelor's degree or its equivalent from another country • 5+ years proven working experience in digital advertising • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA (GA4), GTM • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Strong project and process management skills • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Experience with Shopify, HTML or CSS a plus • Being in/around NYC or the Tri-State area is a big plus
