We are seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This position requires a tactical expert in digital advertising with a keen understanding of industry trends and advertising platforms. You will oversee quality analytics for our automotive client accounts while aligning your efforts with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Elevate Catalyst IQ’s digital advertising offerings by diversifying and enhancing services focused on VIN-level vehicle products; hypothesize, test, assess, and deliver insights to improve performance.

Engage with clients, confidently addressing account performance, providing recommendations, and responding to inquiries in real-time.

Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technical updates, and represent Catalyst IQ’s perspective on these developments.

Analyze a large data warehouse to share key findings with Sales and Account teams, helping to convey Catalyst IQ’s value to various accounts and dealer groups.

Provide the digital advertising team with tools for improved efficiency and troubleshooting in daily tasks.

Assist the team with daily tasks and ticket management, serving as a resource for more complex client requests.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

At least 4 years of experience in digital advertising; experience in account management or digital advertising operations is a plus.

Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification required.

Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Digital Advertising focusing on Search, Social Media, Display, Performance Max, and CTV/OLV.

Proficient with platforms such as Google, Facebook, DV360, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Amazon.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and discuss digital ad campaign performance and trends confidently.

Emphasis on mid-to-low-funnel Conversion/Lead delivery.

A proactive approach, always focused on solutions.

Collaborative, facilitating new ideas and projects.

Exceptional communicator, able to articulate effectively in team settings and before clients.

Strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Independently manage concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.

A rapid learner who applies knowledge to meet company goals.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
