Develop advertising concepts, campaign directions, and messaging frameworks aligned with business objectives, merchandising priorities, and performance goalsTranslate marketing and product strategies into compelling, conversion-focused creative across digital channelsApply audience insights, seasonal trends, and retail calendar moments (e.g., promotions, launches, holidays) to inform creative directionCreative Execution & Production Proven experience in performance marketing design within a retail eCommerce environment (DTC and/or marketplace experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused creative, product storytelling, and promotional campaign executionExperience creating assets for paid social, display, search, marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart), and eCommerce sitesSolid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performanceFamiliarity with eCommerce best practices, including product merchandising, pricing/promo strategies, and conversion optimizationExpert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Generative AI creative tools or similarExperience working with or managing designers, freelancers, or agenciesAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven retail environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills Contract role with flexible execution model: hands-on design and/or oversight of managed resourcesResponsible for leading creative direction and ensuring high-quality, performance-driven outputs across eCommerce channelsExpected to operate with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
