As a Senior Digital Marketing Recruiter your role is two part: 1) to engage in new client development wherein you will identify and sign net new businesses to help grow Method Recruiting's client roster, and 2) to identify and recruit a strong network of both active and passive digital marketing candidates via LinkedIn, our proprietary database, and referrals/networking. Client Development: • Identify and set meetings with hiring managers and TA professionals at target agencies and brands that are hiring digital marketers • Introduce Method Recruiting's services via video and phone with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services • Negotiate contingency and retained fee agreements with new clients • Continually develop and grow a new client base and new business opportunities with existing clients • Act as primary point of contact for client accounts in order to usher candidates through the interview process from candidate introduction through to an accepted offer Recruiting: • Conducting phone screens with candidates to build relationships for current and future job openings • Collaborate with other team members to understand clients and market positioning within the industry • Act as an ambassador for the candidate throughout each step of the interview process including interview preparation and feedback • Offer negotiation and closing Skills • 3-8 years experience at a recruiting agency • 2+ years engaged in new client development • 2+ years as a full-desk recruiter (managing clients and recruiting candidates) • Digital marketing knowledge is a huge plus, but not required. • We are extremely targeted and have industry experience.
