Your Opportunity:

We are in search of a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our Paid Media team. This role is essential for executing and managing efficient digital advertising campaigns, especially focused on the EMEA region. • EMEA Market Expert: Design and implement 'local-first' programs that prioritize localized content. Stay attuned to the latest trends in the EMEA and MENA markets while ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant country regulations. Serve as the primary contact for EMEA Marketing stakeholders.
• Campaign Management: Effectively manage external agencies while executing and optimizing paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta.
• Performance Insights: Analyze campaign metrics, recognize trends, and provide data-driven suggestions for optimization.
• Ad Operations: Assist in the setup of campaigns, audience segmentation, and bid management to boost efficiency and ROI.
• A/B Testing and Refinement: Conduct A/B tests to enhance ad creatives, targeting methods, and messaging for optimal results.
• Budget Management: Oversee budgets and apply bidding strategies that maximize return on investment.
• Collaboration with Marketing Operations: Partner with the Marketing Operations team to support lead routing, production, vendor onboarding, and system troubleshooting.
• Project Management: Ensure timely acquisition of all necessary assets, including ad creatives and copy, for on-schedule campaign launches while coordinating with teams to maintain deadlines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the paid media team to align objectives, share insights, and support strategic initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert and consultant to the broader marketing organization, offering guidance on campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• REQUIRED: Strong knowledge of GDPR and experience with localized B2B publishers in EMEA.
• 5+ years of experience in paid media and digital advertising.
• Expertise in Google SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
• Skilled at campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo.
• Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with project management software like Asana.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment, taking initiative and making data-informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple assignments while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

The base salary range for this role is $118,300 - $177,500 for U.S. locations in the SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle and $106,500 - $159,700 for all other U.S. locations or remote positions. The compensation offered will depend on factors including job-related skills, experience, and education.
