Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and display Owning campaign performance from start to finish — setting KPIs, monitoring results, and reporting on ROI to both internal teams and clients Developing data-driven strategies tailored to each client's goals, industry, and target audience Managing monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $50K to $500K+, with a focus on efficiency and performance Conducting audience research, competitive analysis, and keyword research to inform campaign direction Working hand-in-hand with the creative team to brief, review, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets Staying current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends to keep client strategies ahead of the curve Presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations directly to clients in a clear, confident manner What We're Looking For
