The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving digital brand engagement through strategic campaign execution across email, organic social media, and content marketing. Align digital marketing efforts with event marketing initiatives, leveraging email and social media to maximize reach and engagementDevelop and execute digital campaigns to promote events, ensuring messaging is consistent across all touchpointsOwn the day-to-day execution of the email marketing program in Klaviyo, including campaign creation, segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and performance analysisEnsure seamless integration between email marketing and external systems to optimize automation and personalization strategiesOversee daily operations of organic social media, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain a cohesive, engaging brand presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedInDevelop and implement content strategies for video, leveraging hindsight data and competitor insights to optimize performance across social, website, and paid mediaCollaborate with creative teams and agencies to craft compelling copies and visuals that drive engagement and brand storytellingMaintain and optimize digital marketing systems, collaborating on the scoping and implementation of new marketing technologiesCraft engaging copy for social media, ads, email, website, blog, and other content channels to support brand initiatives and drive engagementLeverage data from email and social platforms to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and refine channel strategy 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, social media, and analytics3 or more years of experience in campaign implementation across multiple marketing channelsDeep understanding of luxury buying behavior and expectations in digital experiencesBachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, psychology, or businessData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performanceStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneouslyProficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, SEMrush, etc.Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Listrak, or similar email service provider (ESP) platforms, including creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns and audience engagement strategies
