The role of Digital Marketing Manager encompasses leading digital marketing efforts across the Americas, driving brand visibility and revenue growth across all digital platforms. This position will shape a company's digital presence through strategic planning, cross-channel execution, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to deliver measurable impact through paid media, analytics, and digital innovation. Responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue, brand, and business goals across all sales channels • Owning the digital growth roadmap in the Americas, including performance marketing, content strategy, and futureproof digital tools and platforms • Leading the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of ROI-focused digital campaigns across all paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads/DSP, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) • Managing full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and retention, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing • Managing performance marketing agencies and third-party vendors to ensure campaign efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and brand alignment • Setting clear KPIs and holding partners accountable to performance and reporting standards • Partnering with Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager to ensure owned channel messaging complements broader campaign efforts • Collaborating with creative, brand, merchandising, sales, and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and content delivery • Coordinating efforts with eCommerce and retail teams to drive seamless omnichannel growth • Monitoring campaign performance, generating reports, and leveraging insights to continuously improve spending efficiency and digital ROI • Overseeing digital dashboards and performance KPIs to provide leadership with actionable insights • Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and privacy regulations to futureproof a company's digital ecosystem • Identifying new tools, platforms, and approaches to keep a company competitive and innovative in the digital space
