This role owns digital performance and effectiveness reporting and develops targeted campaigns within the CRM platform to support customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. The Senior Analyst partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital leaders to provide insights, build campaigns, and continuously improve performance. Activities • Marketing & Digital Performance • Track and report on digital campaign performance, ROI, and funnel effectiveness across web, email, paid media, and social channels. • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM execution. • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, IT, and data teams.
