Overview Boyden & Youngblutt is seeking a full-time senior digital media buyer to join our Fort Wayne, IN, team to execute, optimize and report on paid media campaigns for our diverse client roster. Our team works a hybrid schedule, both remote and in our office in downtown Fort Wayne. Key Responsibilities • Develop digital advertising campaign strategies based on the client’s objectives and target audience • Forecast paid media budgets and performance metrics to meet client KPIs • Set up campaigns and optimize performance across media channels • Proactively provide recommendations to increase advertising effectiveness • Own media timelines, creative asset requirements and budget pacing • Present recommendations and performance reports to agency leadership and clients • Creating detailed Looker Studio reports tailored to each client’s campaigns • Ensure all ads comply with industry regulations • Manage media partnerships • Research and keep a pulse on the latest changes and trends in digital media and marketing tools Requirements • 4–6 years’ hands-on experience managing, optimizing and analyzing omnichannel digital media campaigns • Experienced in programmatic digital media, Google paid search and paid social (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok) platforms • Proficiency in Looker Studio and GA4 • Well organized and detail oriented • Past success having contributed to a team environment while managing individual tasks with minimal supervision • Proven ability to communicate digital media recommendations and results to those with varying levels of familiarity • Consistently apply a data-first approach to problem-solving • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Preference will be given to those with prior experience running campaigns in highly regulated industries, particularly healthcare • Previous agency experience is a plus, but not required
