We are looking for a Senior Director of Business Analytics to serve as the strategic quarterback of our SMB Ads operations. From running pipeline meetings to building revenue models and partnering with data scientists, you'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data. • Lead the development of the SMB Ads revenue forecast, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to build demand and supply models that accurately predict performance. • Drive strategic funnel optimization by partnering with GTM and data science teams on account segmentation, advertiser retention, LTV/CAC, and lead scoring. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
