About the ANA The ANA’s (Association of National Advertisers) mission is to drive growth for marketing professionals, brands and businesses, the industry, and humanity. As part of the ANA’s transformation, this role plays a critical function in building the SeeAll Marketing Alliance's (SAMA) exclusive, multicultural-focused membership base and translating its unified value proposition into a compelling market narrative centered on multicultural and inclusive marketing excellence. This role will lead the growth of SAMA by driving new member acquisition, shaping how SAMA is positioned in the market, and ensuring alignment between market messaging and member experience. Apply data, insights, AI automation, and CRM intelligence to enhance partner value propositions, strengthen revenue forecasting and decision-making, identify high-value potential prospects and connect at scale, optimize conversion, and refine targeting strategies.Partner closely with internal teams especially Member Experience & Retention to ensure seamless transition from acquisition to onboarding.Achieve SAMA membership growth including acquisition quality and lifetime value measurable monthly, quarterly, annual targets.Lead with emotional intelligence, resilience, and ability to perform under high pressure and ambitious targetsResearch new business opportunities across all industries, digging deeper into their marketing teams and structures to identify key contactsRemain updated on the ANA’s offerings and industry knowledge including multicultural and inclusive marketing best practicesAdhere to ANA’s vetting process for new member acquisitions (eligibility, requirements, approval, etc. )Stay closely attuned to trends across the marketing industry with particular attention to multicultural and inclusive marketing trends, while monitoring the competitive landscapeProduce regular reports on sales activity, conversion rates, KPIs, and acquisition and revenue forecastsContinuously update and maintain accurate records of prospective members Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targetsServe as a strategic advisor to the Head of Business DevelopmentTravel as required to meet with members and prospects Professional Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree and strong sales and marketing background with ability to develop solid relationships with C-Suite and marketing leaders (minimum 5 -7 years)Demonstrated expertise in multicultural and inclusive marketing, including its ecosystem, cultural insights, and industry stakeholdersExperience building membership or subscription growth models preferredKnowledgeable with multicultural and inclusive marketing and its ecosystemInfluence & Relationship Building – Builds trust-based C-Suite relationships and navigates complex stakeholder landscapesOperational Excellence – Prioritizes effectively, drives accountability, and delivers results at scaleExceptional understanding of core business fundamentals.Demonstrate grit and adaptability navigating complexity and change Low ego, high impact – you prioritize outcomes over credit Proactive and flexible, a “roll up your sleeves and get it done” team player Thrives in fluid environments with shifting priorities and complex stakeholder relationshipsData-Driven Decision Maker – Grounds strategy and prioritization in evidence and insights Possess a persistent desire to go above and beyondAble to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureExpertise in MS Office and CRM software Salary and Total Rewards Package: Starting pay range: $120,000 to $130,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications.
