In this engaging leadership role, the Senior Director, Digital Experience champions Papa Murphy’s commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by: - Clear understanding and knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and working knowledge of ad serving tools (Dart, Atlas) - Must have exceptional results orientation – with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership – in a lower resource environment - Ability to interact and influence cross-team collaboration while driving projects to conclusion that deliver business results. - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related experience - Minimum of seven years’ experience in digital marketing, digital agency, Loyalty programs or eCommerce - Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns - Deep understanding of customer data and appending first party data with other sources.
