Job Summary The Senior Director of Global Commercial Sales and Marketing (Cell and Gene Therapy Technologies) will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's global commercial strategy within the MedTech CGT division. Establish and implement strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with the organization objectives. Develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and support customer-facing sales teams to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets, while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Oversee the Product Management team for full product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and sustaining activities. 7+ years of experience in managing people.
