Senior Director, Insights, Paramount Advertising Overview and Responsibilities: The Audience Impact & Intelligence team (AI&I) are a specialized group of strategists and researchers who power advertising sales with audience-forward, culturally fluent insights for the ever-changing media ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead a team in building compelling and engaging internal and external activations and interactive sessions designed for sales strategy enablement, internal education, team building and client engagement Build compelling insight stories utilizing data into actionable short-form and long-form content and interactive sessions for internal and external use such as reports, whitepapers and presentations Specialize in turning those stories into actionable workshops and engaging interactive sessions designed for education, inspiration and strategic development Manage the production or execution of materials affiliated with these sessions including workshop and exercise design, research & analysis and interactive presentations Mentor, manage and develop a team Basic Qualifications:8+ years of experience in research, business development, marketing strategy or consulting Experience with project management, preparing briefing materials, interactive presentation design A wizard in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Outlook, and Google Additional Qualifications:Strong interest in media and entertainment, business positioning, brand strategy, and culture Ability to be comfortable with data analysis, narrative storytelling and interactive workshop development Sound storytelling, presentation, facilitation and moderation abilities, with a talent for developing engaging materials Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to share ideas A curious and resourceful mentality, with desire to build innovative and unexpected ideas Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Paramount Global (NASDAQ: PARA, PARAA) is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates premium content and experiences for audiences worldwide.
