The Senior Director of Digital Performance Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing programs that directly impact customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and EBITDA. This role will lead performance-based initiatives across paid search (Google & Bing), social media advertising, supplier co-op marketing, and digital merchandising. • Supplier Co-op Marketing & Agency Management: • Collaborate with supplier partners to maximize co-op funding and joint marketing campaigns. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred) • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in digital performance marketing, including B2B and/or industrial sectors • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and profitability • Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and hold them accountable to KPIs • Strong financial acumen with experience translating digital strategies into EBITDA-positive outcomes • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in industrial automation, HVAC, or building controls industries • Previous experience working in a private equity-backed business • Working knowledge of eCommerce platforms and product merchandising strategies • Strong data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
