Lead the cross-functional One Cell Therapy marketing efforts to best position the combined cell-therapy CDMO offering for FUJFILM Cellular Dynamics, FUJIFILM Biotechnologies, (Thousand Oaks, CA) to the market. Essential Job Functions • Strengthen and drive FUJFILM Cellular Dynamics’s and One Cell Therapy marketing capabilities with leadership across the portfolio and offer definition and market positioning. • Ensure its annual refresh to align internal capabilities and offering with market needs and to ensure leadership position in iPSC/cell therapy market. • Refresh and implement iPSC Go-To-Market strategies for product and services to support the Sales Teams and increase revenue growth and increase market share, including the development of a launch excellence roadmap with the goal of shortening the time to revenue for new iCell products in collaboration with the Product Management Team.
