Senior Director of Marketing

We’re an entrepreneurial group building an in-house &/or new start-up marketing company to serve two established brands and a growing roster of external clients. We’re investing heavily in creative, digital, and strategic marketing to take control of our message, reduce outside spend, and deliver world-class campaigns , and we need the right leader to make it happen. This is a ground-floor role. 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in construction, development, or B2B industries Strong grasp of digital platforms: paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and social engagement Hands-on creative ability — you can think strategically and get in the weeds when needed Entrepreneurial mindset: loves building from zero, thrives with autonomy, and understands profitability Excellent project management skills and comfort juggling multiple brands Opportunity to lead and build something from the ground up Serve two established companies while developing a client-facing business unit Competitive compensation, benefits, and potential for profit-sharing Freedom to innovate, test, and grow without big-agency red tape
