Key responsibilities Define and own the multi-year vision and quarterly roadmap for paid search and paid social across key platforms Drive day-to-day campaign performance through creative testing, audience strategy, and budget management Implement advanced attribution models to measure the full-funnel impact of performance spend Required qualifications Minimum of ten years of paid marketing experience, with at least four years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Proven track record of scaling paid search and paid social programs with significant budgets Deep technical fluency with major ad platforms and analytics tools Strong command of attribution methodologies and experience in driving automation through APIs and scripts
