Senior Director, Product Management - DOOH / In-Store Advertising

• Can lead with energy and motivate a team of commercially minded product managers • You understand the complexities of retail media, especially in an omni-channel environment • You are passionate about solving complex business and technical challenges while driving value for the customer • You can influence and build consensus across stakeholder in a variety of functions. • 10+ years of experience building and managing high performing team s • 5+ years current experience as a Senior Leader leading cross-functional leaders • Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize. Requires knowledge of: Product roadmap development techniques; Roadmap presentation; Roadmap features and items; Project management techniques; Modern business practice (for example, Agile methodologies, Scrum); Minimum Viable Product (MVP) creation; Product development lifecycles; Product development concepts (for example, "Crossing the Chasm") To own roadmaps of multiple complex product lines/product families and works with leadership to ensure alignment with overall business strategy. Product Vision and Strategy: Requires knowledge of: Problem formulation and solutioning; Hypothesis framing; Business strategies; Business management practices across multiple domains; Customer segments and needs; Domain-specific knowledge; "Go to Market" strategies; Industry, environmental, and economic factors and competitors; Product discovery process, product vision, product strategy and challenges; Rapid prototyping and Lean experimentation methodologies; Concepts of "First Principle," "Whole Product," and "Crossing the Chasm" . To lead the adoption of new and emerging technologies.
