The Senior Events Manager will be entrusted with overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from high-level planning and budgeting to onsite event execution, vendor management, and client experience enhancement. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned event professional with a passion for strategic event leadership and a desire to contribute meaningfully to a vibrant, growth-focused company. • 6+ years of experience in event management hospitality operations or meeting planning • Proven experience leading multi-day corporate events and high-touch client retreats • Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills with experience managing six- to seven-figure event budgets • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline event planning communications or operations • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Clear professional communicator written and verbal • Calm solution-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • High level of discretion and professionalism handling client information • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
