The Opportunity

Heeler Marketing is Oklahoma’s first independent digital marketing agency. We've pioneered digital strategy in Oklahoma City for over 15 years, with dozens of award-winning projects across financial services, healthcare, B2Bs, civic organizations and more.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who'll develop high-quality visual assets and help us raise the bar for creativity across our client work and brand. We rebranded to Heeler recently and you'll help shape our brand’s next chapter.

This role has a direct impact on our clients, team and brand, as well as opportunities to grow into a leadership position. If you've built a strong body of creative work and are looking for a place to make an impact, we’d like to connect with you. 

What You'll Own

Elevating our creative quality standard with forward-thinking solutions and a critical eye for how projects measure up to the marketTranslating client goals into compelling creative conceptsCreating mobile-first, UX website designs in Figma and collaborating closely with Web & SEO Strategists on creative solutions for website buildsDeveloping scroll-stopping social and digital advertising creative that’s on-trend, tailored to the intended audience and platform-specificExecuting motion design video projects from concept to storyboarding through deliveryExecuting brand identity and full visual system developmentCoordinating with photo and video partner vendors to ensure production quality, timely delivery and the creative direction matches the client’s visionCompleting detailed quality assurance (QA) reviews and testing on completed projectsPresenting the story behind creative concepts to clients with confidence and clarityProject managing creative-centered projects, when neededPositively contributing to client relationships and retentionRegularly auditing published creative work and performance for new ideas and areas of improvementStaying two steps ahead of design trends, tools and emerging technology to keep Heeler's creative output sharp

What We're Looking For

Located in the Oklahoma City Metro area with the ability to commute to weekly team meetings at our downtown office and attend on-site client visits or shoots, as needed10+ years of design experience preferredA portfolio that demonstrates range across business brand identity, web/UX design, social media and other types of digital designExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus a working knowledge of mobile-first website design and UX principlesExperience with Figma preferred but not requiredStrong creativity, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skillsComfortable explaining creative strategy and collaborating with non-designersOperates with professional candor, takes ownership, proactively flags areas for improvement and develops solutionsNaturally collaborative and comfortable checking your ego at the doorResponsible professional who thrives working remotely without micro-managementCares deeply about getting the job done right for clients and team members
