Day to Day

The Glassdoor Business Unit is dedicated to enhancing work life for all. We are searching for a proactive and execution-oriented Growth Marketing Lead who will take charge of our paid and search channels and generate impactful results. You will bring extensive experience in Google and Meta platforms, possessing the expertise to build, refine, and optimize campaigns that foster sustainable growth.

This role is part of our Consumer Growth team, focusing on expanding performance initiatives across Paid and SEO/AEO channels to accelerate user growth and long-term engagement. You will steer the acquisition strategy, lead a talented team of growth marketers, and translate performance metrics into actionable insights that drive business success.

We seek a technical innovator who is both analytical and people-oriented, comfortable navigating ad platforms and search environments. You will establish standards for measurement accuracy, testing frequency, and growth initiatives.

You will oversee campaign execution and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, SEO/AEO, and new platforms, including campaign and keyword strategy, tracking implementation, and performance enhancements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, Creative, Engineering, and Lifecycle will be vital to ensure our acquisition programs are effectively instrumented and insights clear, with strategies grounded in tangible business impact.

This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of systems, data, and growth, while building and scaling the performance infrastructure that delivers significant results for the Glassdoor brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement acquisition strategies across Paid and SEO/AEO to achieve scalable traffic growth.

Lead and nurture a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering accountability and performance enhancement.

Manage execution and optimization efforts across Google Ads, Meta, and various search channels.

Identify high-impact growth opportunities and create a structured experimentation roadmap.

Design and manage audience, keyword, and targeting strategies across multiple channels.

Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and monitoring across both web and mobile platforms, including tasks related to AppsFlyer, pixels, and event tracking.

Convert performance data into clear insights, collaborating with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to develop, validate, and present measurement solutions to leadership.

Skills/Competencies

Minimum of 12 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; equivalent experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Proven experience managing large-scale Paid and/or SEO programs, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and the evolving search landscape.

Experience with mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer or similar), attribution frameworks, conversion tracking, and event instrumentation.

Excellent analytical skills to connect channel performance to business outcomes.

Ability to manage cross-functional projects and articulate clear technical requirements. Highly organized with a proactive approach and a focus on accountability.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a point of view on growth strategies in dynamic environments.

Salary Range Transparency

Tier 1 - United States: $134,000 - $202,000 per year

Tier 2 - United States: $150,000 - $224,000 per year

Tier 3 - United States: $165,000 - $247,000 per year

Tier 5 - United States: $187,000 - $281,000 per year
