The Leasing Consultant also assists with the company’s on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy. - Respond to internet leads and appointment requests. - Lead the activities comprising the community’s overall marketing strategies and programs. - Act as back-up for the Leasing Consultant team. - Experience with lease-up developments is required.
