An ideal candidate will be an expert in affordable housing leasing and compliance. The Senior Leasing Specialist will be a critical part of the initial lease up team, working in collaboration with internal stakeholders including the Site Management team, Portfolio Manager, Marketing & Communications, & Mercy Housing’s Resident Services to screen, qualify and move in 254 families in this newly constructed building. Position Responsibilities Lease ups: Be a key stakeholder in new building lease up team by: -Assisting in development and coordination of leasing events to meet development benchmarks. -Support leasing on-site and at lease-up events. -Minimum of one-year prior work experience in apartment marketing and leasing.
