You'll design and execute onboarding strategies, translate complex client needs into structured plans, and ensure clients walk away with the knowledge and setup needed to succeed on Pacvue. • Translate client needs into structured onboarding plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success criteria. Skills & Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, account strategy, consulting, sales, or digital marketing. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide real-time solutions to clients.
