Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $251,000 – $377,000 annually Lead and develop a high-performing design team Coach team members towards meaningful career growth Set design direction for monetization experiences Represent Design with senior leadership, shaping product strategy Collaborate with Product Research to enhance existing advertising products Own and improve the enterprise design system 10+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of management experience Proven experience as a people manager with a track record in coaching Strong visual design skills with a passion for interaction design
