For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Ads Design to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Media environment.
Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $251,000 – $377,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing design team Coach team members towards meaningful career growth Set design direction for monetization experiences Represent Design with senior leadership, shaping product strategy Collaborate with Product Research to enhance existing advertising products Own and improve the enterprise design system
Qualifications
10+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of management experience Proven experience as a people manager with a track record in coaching Strong visual design skills with a passion for interaction design
