The ideal candidate will be just as comfortable diving into campaign results with their operational partners as they are presenting customer insights trends and strategic marketing plans to CMO’s and Chief Sales Officers. Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs in the region. Provide strong leadership with the ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team including providing coaching and mentoring to other team leads. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, or related area.
