This role requires a self-starter, with demonstrated effectiveness of consultative skills, brand and advertising expertise, and strong analytical skills. Primary responsibilities include: • Build strong relationships and embed across planning, content, media, B2C BU teams and their agencies • Demonstrate research, marketing, and business acumen • Identify research needs and design research plans against business objectives, timelines and budget • Manage research agencies and work-flow to ensure quality and accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely completion of projects • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable consumer insights and recommendations • Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
