This individual is responsible for creation of brand’s advertising campaigns and leads development of the overall marketing calendar. • In cooperation with culinary and consumer insights teams, lead the development of quarterly marketing messaging... strategy and associated content development.• Builds out annual and quarterly marketing calendars • Develop marketing ideas that create brand relevance & differentiation while driving traffic• Provide day-to-day management of brand’s creative agency of record; write inspiring and insightful campaign briefs, and drive advertising creative development from brief through to trafficking amongst various agency partners• Ensure advertising and content developed delivers maximum impact by partnering with the media team to understand the audiences, channels, and past creative performance• Stay abreast of competitive marketing programs and make recommendations to support Cracker Barrel• Prepare materials for internal and external presentations and memorandums on campaigns and other initiatives• Partner with and build strong cross functional relationships including culinary, operations, finance, consumer insights, media, internal content studio, PR and more• Lead and support Associate Marketing Manager through key projects and career development.
