The contractor marketing manager will support the go-to-market strategy to increase sales, brand awareness and new opportunities across multiple products, applications, and execution of account-based marketing. Responsibilities • Execute electrical contractor related tactics and activities necessary to successfully fulfill the Leviton marketing strategy in conjunction with the Contractor Technical Sales Team • Conduct competitive market and customer research analysis to assess needs and opportunity to implement, manage, maintain, and refine Contractor Programs • Promote innovative products in high-growth areas; intel gathered from sales channels should be recorded in CRM for nurturing potential customer relationships • Represent Leviton at relevant professional functions, with key customers, and with marketing groups and at trade shows and industry events • Develop and conduct recruitment programs to increase the number of electrical contractor contacts in marketing distribution lists, expanding the Leviton contractor audience. • Develop and execute a contractor advisory board and loyalty program, defining enrollment, goals and measurements of success • Contribute to the LevitonPro program; define enrollment goals and measures of success, and execute plan • Utilize CRM data to maintain active and relevant communications with customers including consistent cadence of content delivery • Own and manage the content of the Contractor page(s) on Leviton.com, contractor newsletters and communications and report quarterly performance metrics, working closely with digital & creative marketing for programming and delivery • Grow relationships in key organizations (NECA, IEC); identify and expand our presence as well as advertising, speaking, training & membership opportunities. Qualifications • Strong critical thinking, organizational, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills with the proven ability to manage projects from inception through execution • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships and drive success is a cross functional environment • Ability to inspire, motivate and influence behaviors to drive change across an organization • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Must be able to build and maintain budget for various marketing programs • Proven experience tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness through tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Wrike, etc. For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits
