As a Channel Manager owning these products, you’ll have the opportunity to structure how we engage with our Small Business Customers, through their primary digital Customer portal “My Card Account – MYCA” and “Blueprint as a Small Business Homepage.” You will create and develop the strategy for the Treatment content that they are served within the “Customer portal,” which will in turn deepen their relationship with American Express.
